Description
If you love those little modern gnomes and and have a passing skill at sewing (meaning you know how to use a sewing machine or can hand sew a basic stitch), you can make a gnome using this cozy gnome pattern. It’s super simple, but does require knowing how to use a multi-page pattern.
And the resulting adorable tomte is the cutest thing you’ll make. Plus, the pattern is super customizable so you can basically turn this one gnome pattern into so many different, unique little nisser!

I love these once they’re done. The video tutorial doesn’t quite match the printed pattern. I had trouble with the hat size and arm size but I adjusted it and made it work. I could not get the gather trick to work either, but I’m sure that’s just me. I just ran a stitch and gathered it that way. I love how tall they are and their whimsical look. I can’t wait to make them many more times!

I’ve only made the boy. The pattern is easy to follow and turned out great. The only thing I had an issue with is the bottom piece seems to big and is a little difficult to sew on, but this could be from me being new to sewing only started middle of last year. They still turned out great!
